Portal Privacy Policy updated

The portal Privacy Policy was updated on 16 June 2026. The main changes:

A new section on the AI assistant, including how long conversations are kept and how they are deleted automatically.
Clarification that the IP address on the feedback form is used only for rate limiting and removed after 30 days.
A list of the cookies in use, which are the session, theme and language cookies only.
