New rate limit for the feedback form

From 21 April 2026, the feedback form on the Contact Us page limits each IP address to five submissions per hour. The limit was introduced after a rise in automated messages in March.

Regular users will not be affected. If the limit is reached, the form shows a clear message with the time to try again. Messages sent before the limit was reached are still stored.
